Helen Tse

Solicitor at Glaisyers Solicitors LLP

Manchester, United Kingdom

About Me

By way of introduction, my name is Helen Tse, a corporate / commercial solicitor at Glaisyers. My clients are predominantly owner managed businesses, high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs.

I love helping clients in business achieve their goals and contrary to how lawyers are perceived, I speak plain English (and also fluent Cantonese!). I am known for getting deals done efficiently, getting the best deal for my clients and providing not just legal expertise but also commercial business acumen.

I am happy to help your business whether you are exploring an acquisition, disposal, reorganisation, raising finance or need help dealing with all aspects of Intellectual Property (licensing, exploitation and protection (e.g. copyright, trademarks, patents, registered designs, design rights and confidential information)) .

I advise on:

  • Financial Services
  • Transactions - M&A
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Corporate Finance
  • Broking Arrangements
  • Restructuring
  • LLP Agreements/General Partnerships
  • Corporate Governance
  • Joint Ventures
  • Private Equity
  • Listing / Fundraisings

I graduated in Law from Cambridge University and my professional career has included Clifford Chance, London & Hong Kong, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Walkers in the Cayman Islands.
